Homemade Oats & Berries
I eat Oatmeal for breakfast almost everyday of the week.
Here’s my go-to daily recipes for bomb AF oats:
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp flax seed
12 almonds
1/2 tsp dried blueberries
1 tsp maple syrup
sprinkle of coconut
3/4 cup oat milk ( I use unsweetened vanilla for a little extra flavor :) )
Stir together & Microwave for 2:15.
Enjoy as is or top with your favorite fruit or nut butters.
